Carr Rehab, Inc. offers equipment evaluations, repairs, and adjustments. The evaluation will always be handled by a seating specialist, who will provide a complete assessment, so you can feel confident that the products that are evaluated or discussed work for you. Equipment is used in the evaluation and loaner equipment is provided when needed and possible. Repairs and adjustments are completed by a knowledgeable technician, who will assess your equipment and give you a quote on the parts that are needed. At Carr Rehab we stand behind our work.

Carr Rehab, Inc. provides customized medical equipment to individuals with special needs.  Our ATP & ATS provide expertise in designing and providing customized mobility and adaptive seating systems.  Our factory trained service technicians are available 24 hours and are knowledgeable in repairs for both manual and power mobility.  Carr Rehab’s customer service personnel are well versed in funding requirements for Medicare, Medicaid and private insurances.

Our office staff is friendly and courteous. We will work to obtain pre-certification for each of your purchases. We will file any necessary insurance claims in your behalf and we are available to answer any questions. We accept Medicare (non assigned claims only), Medicaid and most major insurance carriers and we are HIPPA compliant. Our staff is experienced, knowledgeable and trained in the complex world of rehabilitation equipment.

Carr Rehab Inc supports the efforts of the National Registry of Rehabilitation Technology Suppliers (NRRTS) and Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA).
