Supplier Standards

Carr Rehab, Inc. sets the following standards:

CRI fills orders from its own inventory or inventory of other contracted companies.

CRI will oversee delivery of items ordered for customers and assure delivery of large items.

CRI honors all warranties implied by state law.

CRI will answer all questions or complaints on items sold or rented by CRI. If a beneficiary has questions or concerns about medicare, CRI will refer them to the appropriate regional carrier.

CRI will maintain and repair rented equipment directly or through a service center with another company.

CRI must disclose consumer information to each medicare customer.

CRI must comply with disclosure provisions in title XI of the Social Security Act – section 1124a.

CRI must comply with all state and federal licensure and regulatory requirements when applicable.

CRI must maintain a physical facility on an appropriate site for all locations.

CRI must have proof of liability insurance.
